Who We Are
We are Curt and Julie Lanctot (siblings) and our cousin Josh Hendrickson. Together, we’ve built a family-driven team dedicated to helping people fuel their lives with healthier choices — both in the gym and at the table.
Our Roots in Fitness
For over a decade, fitness has been at the core of our lives. We own and operate two gyms — 580 Barbell and Aurelius Athletics — where we’ve coached, trained, and supported hundreds of people in reaching their goals.
Through this journey, one lesson has always been clear: nutrition is the key to lasting results. That’s why Cultivate Meal Prep was born — to take the guesswork out of eating and provide meals designed to fuel success.
A Family Tradition of Food
Food runs just as deep in our family as fitness does. Our father started Lance’s Port & Pub at just 23 years old, serving Beaver County for more than 47 years. Later, our family expanded with Soup-Herb Sproutz, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in fresh salads and wraps, making healthy eating convenient and delicious.
From diners to modern meal prep, we’ve always believed in one thing: feeding people well.
