1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 All meal orders must be placed by Fridays at 5:00 PM.
1.2 Because meals are made fresh to order, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
1.3 If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us before the Friday 5:00 PM cutoff. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee changes.
1.4 If you miss a pickup window, meals will be held until the next day. After that, they may no longer be available, and no refund will be issued.

2. Pickup & Delivery Policy

2.1 Orders can be picked up at the following locations:
   • Sunday: Aurelius Athletics or 580 Barbell
   • Monday: Sproutz
2.2 Pickup times will be provided in your confirmation email.
2.3 Please bring your confirmation or a valid ID at pickup.
2.4 Cultivate Meal Prep is not responsible for meals left uncollected beyond the pickup window.

3. Freshness & Storage

3.1 All meals are prepared fresh and refrigerated immediately.
3.2 Meals should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 7 days of pickup.
3.3 Meals can be frozen for longer storage, but quality may be impacted.

4. Food Allergies

4.1 While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
4.2 Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.

5. Checkout Policy

5.1 By completing checkout, you agree to the following terms:
   a) Your order is final after Friday at 5:00 PM.
   b) You are responsible for picking up meals during the designated pickup window.
   c) Refunds are not available after the weekly order deadline.
   d) If you are unable to pick up your order, you may send someone else on your behalf with proof of purchase.
   e) By purchasing, you accept our freshness, storage, and allergy disclaimers.
